Currently, Newsec Baltics is looking for a new team member to join the commercial real estate valuation team.
Main responsibilities
- Valuation of various commercial real estate objects (the company cooperates with all banks operating in Lithuania).
- Collection and systematization of information on property values, market analysis.
Main requirements
- Have a valid Lithuanian qualification certificate as a valuer.
- Have a higher or higher education in finance, management or real estate.
- Have experience in valuing various commercial properties.
- You are diligent and meticulous.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- You speak and write English well (we will consider it an advantage).
