Your main responsibilities will be:
VMG Technics invites you to join the team as a Service Group Manager. We are looking for a leader who will lead the service team, organize the daily activities of the department, contribute to the development of service services and ensure high-quality customer service and successful project implementation.
- Lead the service group team, organize and coordinate daily activities;
- Ensure effective performance of technical service, repair, installation and commissioning works;
- Coordinate and develop 24/7 warranty and post-warranty service processes;
- Plan and control the implementation of modernization and investment projects;
- Analyze performance results, identify improvement opportunities and initiate solutions for process efficiency and improvement;
- Ensure high quality customer service and build long-term relationships;
- Cooperate with internal teams, customers and suppliers, resolving technical and organizational issues.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Higher education in engineering, mechanics or technical field;
- At least 2 years of management experience in technical support, service or production environment;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to plan work, make decisions and achieve set goals;
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Category B driver's license.
