YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service organization – plan and coordinate the work of service mechanics, maintenance and repair work of industrial cranes.
- Customer relations development – maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, actively seek new ones and identify additional service sales opportunities.
- Commercial proposal preparation – assess customer needs, prepare technical service and repair proposals, negotiate their terms and coordinate implementation.
- Service and spare parts sales – offer customers the most suitable technical solutions, spare parts and additional service services.
- Quality and deadline control – ensure that work is performed with high quality, on time, and information is properly registered in the company's systems.
- Business development – contribute to increasing the volume of service services, improving processes and developing the team of mechanics in Eastern Lithuania.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Have a college or university degree in a technical or engineering field, suitable for obtaining the qualification of a crane maintenance foreman.
- Are interested in technology, mechanics and the principles of operation of industrial equipment.
- Have experience in technical service, customer service or sales of technical products and services.
- Able to independently plan work, set priorities, make decisions and coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, able to build long-term relationships with business clients.
- Are proactive, responsible, result-oriented and motivated to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Able to communicate in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing.
- Have a category B driver's license and are ready to travel to clients in the region.
