Nature of work
- Coordinate the work of service mechanics;
- Consult mechanics on technical issues;
- Communicate with manufacturers' technical support and analyze technical information;
- Ensure that repair work is performed in a high-quality and timely manner;
- Contribute to the improvement of service processes.
