Nature of work
- Planning, supervision and coordination of technical work and management of the service team at the repair site, organization, distribution and performance control of work.
- Diagnostics, installation and repair of ship deck mechanisms, cargo lifting equipment, hydraulic systems, auxiliary and main mechanisms.
- Fault detection, defect detection, selection of repair solutions and prompt resolution of technical problems at the repair site.
- Work with international clients and partners in ship repair companies, ports and ships.
- Business trips to European seaports and ship repair companies.
- Preparation of technical documentation, reports on completed work and defect detection acts.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in ship repair, maintenance, industrial mechanics or similar technical field.
- Understanding of the principles of operation of mechanics, hydraulic systems, deck mechanisms or other marine / industrial equipment.
- Ability to perform equipment diagnostics, identify faults, select repair solutions and organize their implementation.
- Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, diagrams and prepare reports on completed work.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; basic Russian.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, e-mail, filling in technical documentation.
- Independence, responsibility, initiative and ability to make decisions at the repair site.
- Ability to work in dynamic conditions, communicate with customers, ship's crew and lead a service team.
- Category B driver's license.
- Professional technical / engineering education.

Salary directly depends on qualifications and working time spent on business trips.
