Nature of work:
- Communication with customers directly, by phone, e-mail, thus planning service time and availability;
- Proper and polite clarification of customer needs, consultation, referral;
- Distribution of received information to competent employees;
- Making follow-up calls after customers visit the service;
- Ensuring uninterrupted car pre-sales work process and monitoring workflow;
- If necessary - assistance to the service and body shop team;
- Administration of warranty repair documentation.
