SERVICE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are looking for someone who is able to manage a team, plan several steps ahead and make decisions quickly where the real action takes place – at furniture delivery and installation facilities.
This is a position for someone who cares not only about the work done, but also about the final result: a timely project, quality furniture installation, a controlled budget and a satisfied customer.
We are currently strengthening our team and are inviting a Service and Logistics Manager to join us.

Lead the Ergolain service and installation team, plan its work and ensure smooth organization of daily activities.
Coordinate internal and subcontractor installation teams at different facilities.
Plan furniture delivery, unloading and installation work progress.
Effectively allocate employees, transport and other resources required for work.
Control work deadlines, quality, working time and costs.
Promptly resolve problems arising at facilities and organize the delivery of missing parts or materials.
Communicate with customers, project managers, construction managers and other project participants.
Ensure smooth transfer of information between production, project management, logistics and installation teams.
Evaluate the quality of subcontractors' work, adherence to deadlines and costs.
Analyze performance results, seek more efficient ways of organizing work and improve service and logistics processes.
Ensure that the work is completed on time, with high quality and within the approved budget.

You have experience in team, installation, logistics, construction or technical project management.
You are able to plan work, set priorities and manage several projects simultaneously.
You know how to not only solve problems, but also create a procedure that helps to avoid them.
You are able to communicate constructively with employees, clients and subcontractors.
You are demanding about the quality of work, but you are able to mobilize and grow a team.
You understand the interrelationship between deadlines, costs and quality.
You are able to make decisions in dynamic situations and take responsibility for the result.
You have a category B driver's license.
You can travel to installation sites in Lithuania and, if necessary, abroad.
Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
