- Communication with customers by phone, e-mail, directly;
- Proper and polite clarification of customer needs, consultation, referral;
- Registering service customers to the service by phone, e-mail, directly;
- Accepting customer orders for service work;
- Receiving and handing over cars, filling out documents;
- Coordinating the scope of work and repair estimates with the client;
- Planning the working hours of service employees;
- Sale of additional service services;
- Issuing invoices, accepting payments.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher technical education;
- Understanding of cars;
- Willingness to help people solve problematic situations;
- Communicability, honesty, duty;
- Organization, ability to work independently and proactively;
- Time planning skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage);
- Category B license, good driving skills.
