Communication with customers by phone, e-mail by mail, directly.
Appropriate and polite clarification of customer needs, counseling and referral.
Registration of service customers to the service by phone, e-mail by mail, directly.
Distribution of received information to competent employees.
Ensuring uninterrupted work process and monitoring work flow.
Issuance of demonstration and replacement cars.
Other works assigned by the manager.
Working hours - Monday-Friday from 7:30-19:00 (rolling schedule), every third Saturday from 9:00-15:00.
