🚗 Nature of work:
- Provide quality customer service for Moller Auto dealerships via phone and live chat, accept orders for car repairs, offer additional services
- Administer service orders
⭐ Requirements for candidates:
- Higher/college education
- Excellent communication skills, correct oral and written Lithuanian
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Russian - an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Quick acquisition of new knowledge/systems
- Positive attitude, helpfulness, teamwork
- Knowledge of car structure and knowledge of repair (advantage)
- Experience in planning and organizing service (advantage)

- Full-time work, variable schedule, three weeks working Mon-Fri 8 hours/day, the fourth week Mon-Fri 7 hours/day. + Saturday (department working hours I-V 8:00 - 19:00 and VI 9:00 - 15:00)

Fixed salary 1800 EUR gross, later upon reaching the set goals 2100 EUR gross. After the probationary period, a quality bonus of up to 20% is also calculated, and additional sales bonuses are possible during the season.
