SERVICE CUSTOMER CONSULTANT
⭐ Main responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service for Moller Auto dealerships via phone and e-mail, accept orders for car repairs, offer additional services
- Administer service orders
🤝 Requirements for candidates:
- Higher/higher education
- Excellent communication skills, correct oral and written Lithuanian
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Russian - an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Quick acquisition of new knowledge/systems
- Positive attitude, helpfulness, teamwork
- Knowledge of the car structure and knowledge in the field of repair (advantage)
- Experience in planning and organizing service (advantage)
