"Solorina" - the official Toyota dealer in Klaipėda - invites you to join a professional team and is looking for a Service Consultant.
If you have experience in customer service, are interested in cars, are able to coordinate processes and like to communicate with people - we invite you to join. In this position, you will be the main contact between the client and the service team - you will ensure a smooth car service process from the first contact to the delivery of the car to the client.

What you will do in this position:
- You will accept customer registrations for service by phone, e-mail and other channels;
- You will plan the time of technical service, repair and warranty work;
- You will accept cars for technical service and repair, fill out the necessary documentation;
- You will clarify the customer's needs, perform an initial assessment of the car's condition and transfer the information to the service team;
- You will coordinate with customers the scope of work, prices, deadlines and additional repair work;
- You will inform customers about the progress of the work and ensure smooth communication throughout the process;
- You will prepare invoices, warranty repair documents and other necessary information;
What do we expect from you:
- You have experience in customer service, car service or a similar field;
- You are interested in cars and have an understanding of their technical maintenance;
- You are able to communicate professionally with customers and resolve emerging situations;
- You are organized, responsible and able to manage several processes at the same time;
- You enjoy teamwork and smooth cooperation with colleagues;
- You are focused on quality customer service and a good customer experience;
- Experience working in an authorized service or with warranty service would be an advantage;
