Nature of work

  • Receiving and registering service requests
  • Allocating work to mechanics
  • Monitoring and coordinating repair progress
  • Entering data, checking documentation
  • Issuing invoices
  • Creating and controlling repair and maintenance schedules
  • Preparing estimates and proposals for customers

Employee requirements

  • Engineering education (higher / higher)
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Responsibility, diligence, independence
  • At least two years of work experience in a technical field (in the field of transport / mechanics - an advantage)
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers and the team
  • Foreign languages (English / Russian) - an advantage
