Knowledge of technology and technical processes
Similar work experience is an advantage
Work experience in a technical field (transport / mechanics is a big advantage)
Organizational and planning skills
Responsibility, diligence, independence
Good computer skills
Ability to work in a team and communicate with drivers and colleagues
Knowledge of English and Russian
