SERVICE COORDINATOR

This is not just an administrative job. We are looking for someone who loves technology, is able to organize processes and wants to contribute to the growth of the service department.
What will you do?
       ●     You will be the main technical contact for our partners.
      ●     You will help installers diagnose failures of inverters, batteries and other systems.
       ●    I will coordinate the solution of technical problems from the first call to the final result.
       ●    I will administer warranty (RMA) processes and communicate with manufacturers' technical support teams.
      ●    You will monitor technical requests (Ticket) in the CRM system.
       ●     You will create technical instructions, FAQs and other materials that will help partners solve problems faster.
     ●     You will analyze recurring problems and propose solutions to avoid them in the future.
       ●     You will contribute to the development of service processes and their continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who:
     ●    Likes to solve technical problems.
      ●    Able to communicate calmly and clearly with clients.
      ●    Able to plan their work and keep agreements.
      ●    Is curious and a quick learner.
      ●    Not afraid to take responsibility.
      ●    Wants not only to do the job, but also to create better processes.
A big advantage if you have experience in:
     ●     Solar power plants, electrical engineering or automation.
       ●    Have a higher/higher education diploma in a technical discipline.
    ●     In the administration of technical service or warranty processes.
       ●     Works with CRM or Ticket systems.
