Job description
- Receiving, analyzing and coordinating technical requests, ensuring prompt service to partners
- Technical consulting for installation companies on inverters, energy storage, electric vehicle charging and other renewable energy systems
- Remote fault diagnostics, problem solving and cooperation with installers and manufacturers' technical support teams
- Administration of warranty (RMA) processes and management of technical requests in the CRM (Ticket) system
- Preparation and updating of technical instructions, FAQs and other methodological materials for partners
- Analysis of recurring technical problems, proposing solutions and improving service processes
- Participation in meetings with partners and providing technical expert assistance to project managers
Requirements
- Experience in technical service, electrical engineering, automation, heating, ventilation, solar energy or similar technical field
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of electrical engineering and technical systems (knowledge of solar power plants, inverters, energy storage or related systems is an advantage)
- Experience in communicating with customers or partners, the ability to clearly explain technical solutions and manage complex situations
- Ability to analytically evaluate information, diagnose problems and coordinate their solution
- Experience in working with CRM, Ticket or other request management systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of English, allowing communication with manufacturers' technical support teams
- Personal qualities: sociability, responsibility, reliability, customer orientation, ability to work in a team, independence and desire for continuous improvement
