Service Coordinator / Online Support (CNC equipment)

Kamiteka is an international engineering company specializing in the supply, commissioning and maintenance of industrial CNC equipment and technological solutions.

Our team accompanies customers at all stages of equipment use: from selection and commissioning to warranty and post-warranty service, diagnostics, repairs and personnel training. We work with high-level industrial solutions and focus on service quality, technical competence and long-term relationships with customers.

· Receive customer calls and provide initial technical support;
· Register failures and requests in the CRM system;
· Perform initial diagnostics;
· Plan and coordinate service engineer tasks (schedule, departures);
· Monitor work progress and deadlines;
· Communicate with customers regarding the status of work;
· Help solve problems remotely (TeamViewer / AnyDesk);
· Collect and systematize technical information;
· Participate in improving service processes.

· Technical thinking (required);
· Experience in customer service / technical support is an advantage;
· Basic understanding of CNC equipment, automation or electronics is a great advantage;
· Ability to quickly understand a problem and structure it;
· Knowledge of English or Russian (technical level);
· Good computer skills;
· Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
· Willingness to learn and improve in the field of technology.
