Authorized service center for premium brands Dyson, Tineco, Laurastar, Melitta, Wahoo, Dyson airblade (for business) and others in the Baltic States help.one, which provides authorized service, maintenance and consultations for the highest quality products, is expanding its activities and is looking to strengthen its service team in Vilnius and would like to invite a Service Coordinator - technician to join.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Technical/management education, higher education is an advantage;
- Experience working with administration and/or customer service in a technical field;
- Ability to speak, read and write English well;
- Experience in repairing small household appliances;
- We are focused on providing high-quality services to our customers, so we are looking for someone who has a modern and progressive approach to service
PROPOSED TERMS:
- Monthly salary eur gross;
- Annual bonus 2 monthly salaries depending on results, paid quarterly;
- Health insurance will be provided after one year of employment with the company;
- Shared company car for work;
