Nature of work
Ensure the full functioning of the service line, based on the service plan, valid technical and technological documentation and quality management system procedures.
Employee requirements
- Ability to organize work in a team of about 12 people;
- Ability to motivate and support employees in performing tasks;
- Ability to analyze non-conformities, identify their causes and apply preventive and corrective measures.
- Responsibility, striving for results;
- Willingness to help and train employees;
- Proactivity and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (ability to read documentation, understand it and explain it to others);
- Computer skills (basics of QAD, MS Word and Excel);
- Knowledge of the processes of devices serviced in the service would be an advantage.
