Service Line Inquiry Administrator(s)

We are looking for a request administrator in the service department. Your work will be related to the tasks assigned by managers and supervisors. The main task at work is to inform customers in a timely manner about the progress of their troubleshooting and register new malfunctions. You will make cold calls, provide feedback to colleagues, contribute to improving the quality of communication, and form the structure of conversations with customers.

1.Administration of customer calls;
2.Creating tasks in the online system;
3.Providing necessary information to customers;
4.Sending monthly reports to customers;
5.Represented manufacturers and their equipment in Lithuania: Solax, Fronius, Solplanet, Foxess, BYD, enelX, Qcells, Teltonika, AEG1.
6.Cold calls according to the agreed list and the established conversation structure;
7.Preparing and sending commercial offers to potential customers;
