Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced, responsible and technically savvy service mechanic to join our team and perform warranty and post-warranty repairs and maintenance of STIHL and other represented brands.
- Diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of STIHL and other brands of tools;
- Performance of warranty and post-warranty repairs;
- Determination of faults and their elimination according to manufacturers' requirements;
- Filling out technical documentation and accounting for repair work;
- Knowledge of technical characteristics of products and continuous professional development;
- Consulting customers on technical issues;
- Ensuring high-quality customer service;
- Maintaining an orderly and safe workplace.
We hope you:
- You have similar work experience in repairing garden, forest, construction or other equipment;
- You are able to independently diagnose and eliminate technical malfunctions;
- You have a good foundation in the principles of mechanics, electrical engineering or engine operation;
- You are responsible, meticulous and focused on the quality of work;
- You are able to communicate professionally with customers and clearly explain technical solutions;
- You want to learn and deepen your knowledge about the latest equipment and its maintenance.
