Our team is expanding! We are looking for an experienced and organized Service Master who would be responsible for the technical maintenance of a wide fleet - from passenger cars to construction and heavy equipment - planning of repair processes and effective organization of team work.

Our team is expanding! We are looking for an experienced and organized Service Master who would be responsible for the technical maintenance of a wide fleet - from passenger cars to construction and heavy equipment - planning of repair processes and effective organization of team work.

Your main responsibilities:
- Plan and distribute repair tasks to the team of mechanics, supervise the progress of work and ensure the quality of their performance.
- Create annual and seasonal maintenance plans for equipment (preparation for the winter season, summer repair work, prompt elimination of emergency failures).
- Identify failures, assess the condition of equipment, initiate repair needs and select the most optimal and economically beneficial repair solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, initiate public procurement procedures, administer technical documentation and repair orders.
- Cooperate with parts suppliers, organize warranty and insurance repairs in external services, conclude and monitor contracts with external service providers.
What do we expect from you:
- Has a higher/higher technical education (in mechanical engineering, transport engineering, agriculture, construction machinery or a related field).
- Has similar work experience in the field of vehicle repair, maintenance or service management.
- Excellent knowledge of the operating principles and structure of construction, agricultural or heavy machinery.
- Has a category B driver's license (category C/CE would be a great advantage).
- Distinguished by responsibility, the ability to work in a team and promptly solve problem situations.
