SERVICE TECHNICIAN RECEPTIONIST
⭐ Main responsibilities:
- Provide professional and individual service to service customers
- Organize car repair work
- Plan service processes and control how the work is carried out
- Actively seek solutions to increase team occupancy
- Resolve emerging issues and complaints
- Cooperate with suppliers, colleagues, spare parts department, etc.
🤝 Requirements for candidates:
- Knowledge of the car structure, knowledge of the repair field
- Professional customer service culture and work experience (authorized service is a big advantage)
- Independence, good organizational skills, customer and result orientation
- Higher/higher education (technical sciences are an advantage)
- Very good computer skills
- Good oral and written English skills
- Category B driver's license and driving experience
