SERVICE TECHNICIAN RECEPTIONIST




⭐ Main responsibilities:

• Provide professional and individual service to service customers
• Organize car repair work
• Plan service processes and control how the work is carried out
• Actively seek solutions to increase team employment
• Resolve emerging issues and complaints
• Cooperate with suppliers, colleagues, spare parts department, etc.

🤝 Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of the car structure, knowledge of the repair field
• Professional customer service service culture and work experience (in an authorized service - a big advantage)
• Independence, good organizational skills, customer and result orientation
• Higher/higher education (advantage - technical sciences)
• Very good computer skills
• Good oral and written English skills
• Category B driver's license and driving experience
