Your daily tasks:
- Assess the technical condition of heavy vehicles, identify faults and select the most appropriate repair solutions.
- Plan and coordinate service work, ensure smooth execution and adherence to set deadlines.
- Organize the work of auto technicians, distribute tasks and coordinate the selection of parts required for repairs.
- Control the quality of repair work performed and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Consult customers on technical issues, coordinate repair solutions and provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance.
- Administer repair orders, manage documentation of completed work and ensure accurate accounting of work.
What do we expect from you:
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience;
- Technical knowledge of heavy vehicles and experience in repair work;
- Ability to organize work, solve technical problems and make decisions;
- Ability to work with a computer and use the programs necessary for the job;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian;
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and the team;
- Category B driving license (category C is an advantage).
