Main duties:
- Ensure professional customer service by identifying customer needs and selecting the most appropriate vehicle repair and maintenance solutions.
- Assess the technical condition of vehicles, identify faults and form the scope of repair work.
- Organize and coordinate the course of service work - plan the performance of work, ensure smooth process management, performance of work within established deadlines and in compliance with quality standards.
- Cooperate with service technicians, ensuring timely transmission of information about customer needs, planned work and required spare parts.
- Perform quality control of the work performed and ensure compliance of the services provided with established standards.
- Consult customers about the work performed and provide recommendations on the operation and maintenance of vehicles.
- Manage documentation related to service activities and perform other administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
- Technical education.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a service technician, service receptionist or similar position.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Category B driver's license (category C is an advantage).
- Responsibility, result orientation, ability to plan work and make decisions.
