Our service department team is looking for a service department administrator to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily customer calls and registrations, administering service requests and documentation, providing professional customer service and organizing smooth service work.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- I will communicate with customers by phone every day and register them for service, planning service availability
- I will administer service customer requests and data
- I will manage and archive service documentation
- I will call customers after their visit (follow up)
- I will greet service customers and guests in a professional manner
- I will promptly carry out organizational tasks and provide assistance to colleagues
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have experience in customer service.
- Be able to organize work and quickly navigate situations.
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and have good command of Russian and English.
- Feel good when communicating with people and being the center of attention.
- Experience in the service sector and knowledge of service time planning is an advantage.
