Nature of work
- communicate with customers, coordinate and plan service availability;
- prepare and coordinate estimates for repair work and parts;
- organize service shift work and ensure the provision of high-quality services to customers (repair of trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, after-sales service, etc.);
- achieve agreed performance results, ensure efficient use of financial, material and human resources.
Employee requirements
- strong sense of responsibility and result orientation;
- excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- successful or similar work experience is required;
- university education in technical, management fields;
- technical knowledge of trucks and service work processes;
- knowledge of English and Russian languages and good computer skills.
