We are looking for someone who knows trucks and understands the specifics of service work. In this position, technical knowledge will be combined with daily communication with customers and the service team.
The job will suit someone who is able to assess the situation not only from the customer's story, understands technical terminology and can smoothly coordinate the process from receiving the vehicle to its return to the customer.

Nature of work
- Acceptance of trucks for repair and maintenance;
- Clarification of customer needs and technical problems;
- Administration of repair orders;
- Coordination of the scope of work, estimates and deadlines with customers;
- Constantly informing customers about the progress of repairs;
- Cooperation with service technicians and mechanics;
- Coordination of completed work and additional repair needs;
- Invoicing and closing orders;
- Prompt resolution of non-standard and conflict situations.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of trucks and their operation/repair;
- Category C driver's license;
- At least 2 years of experience working with customers;
- Ability to communicate independently and professionally with customers;
- Knowledge of Russian and English;
- Computer literacy and readiness to work with service and accounting programs;
- Ability to plan one's work, set priorities and quickly respond to changing situations;
- Experience in heavy transport service would be a great advantage.
