Ivetra ir KO, a subsidiary of the Hegelmann Group, an official partner of the Schmitz Cargobull and Krone semi-trailer manufacturer, is inviting a Service Master (s) - Receptionist to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Customer service, consulting, informing about vehicle repair works;
- Preparation and coordination of vehicle repair work estimates;
- Planning, organization and supervision of the flow of repair works;
- Selection of the most optimal repair solution;
- Invoicing;
- Technical assistance for auto blacksmiths and auto electricians.
Requirements:
- Technical education (preferred);
- Technical knowledge about freight transport, its structure and service activity processes;
- Work experience in the position of service foreman or receptionist (preferably at least 1 year);
- Good knowledge of the Russian language (orally), knowledge of the English language is an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Driver's license B, (C and D - an advantage);
- Excellent negotiation, time management and problem solving skills.

Working hours: shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.), 40 hours per week.
