We are currently looking for a service receiver to join our Vilnius region team, who will be a link between the client and the service team.

We are currently looking for a service receiver to join our Vilnius region team, who will be a link between the client and the service team.
🔧 Your responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone and live in the service;
- Accept orders, register them in the service management program;
- Plan truck repair work and coordinate their progress;
- Help customers make decisions regarding repair work;
- Prepare and issue invoices for services provided.
💪 What we expect from you:
- Experience in customer service;
- Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work with people;
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with service programs;
- Ability to communicate clearly and solve situations;
- Technical knowledge of trucks or car repair processes - Advantage;
