As we expand our team, we are inviting a Service Receptionist who strives for the highest level of service and professional growth to join us.
Nature of work
The service receptionist is the main contact between the customer and the car service, ensuring a smooth service process according to KIA standards.
Primary responsibilities
- Professional KIA customer service according to manufacturer standards
- Car acceptance, condition assessment and work order creation
- Customer consultation on maintenance, repair and additional services
- Service process coordination between the customer and the technical team
- Informing customers about the progress of work, deadlines and prices
- Administration of documentation, warranty cases and invoices
- Ensuring high quality of customer satisfaction (CSI)
Employee requirements
- Experience as a car service receptionist, service manager or customer service
- Technical thinking and understanding of how cars work
- Ability to work according to established processes and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility, diligence and result-oriented
- Category B driver's license
- Lithuanian language - required, English / Russian - an advantage
