STELAUTO, which represents the Peugeot, Opel, Citroen, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, DS and Chery brands, is inviting a SERVICE RECEPTION ASSISTANT to join the team that values professionalism and cooperation. He is passionate about cars, the latest models and the desire to drive them, loves to communicate, solve problems and sees his future in the chair of a professional service receptionist - consultant.
Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
being the right hand of service receivers and helping in the following and similar tasks:
- car testing before and after breakdown repair;
- creating estimates for service clients;
- customer car parking management, car overdriving;
- updating/entering customer data;
- professional reception and service of service clients;
We hope that:
- You are indifferent to cars;
- You have a higher/higher education diploma (in the field of technical operation of cars would be an advantage);
- You have mastered basic MS Office programs, knowledge of AUTOMASTER is a big advantage;
- You have excellent customer service experience and are able to solve problems constructively;
- You are able to create and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues;
- Among your strengths - organization, quick orientation, responsibility;
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian, good knowledge of English is an advantage;
- You have a valid driver's license.
