Nature of work:
- Acceptance of orders for car repair;
- Client consultation;
- Management of customer calls;
- Managing the customer database;
- Management of documents (accounts, personal data protection).
Employee requirements:
- Higher/higher education;
- Experience in planning and organizing work in a car service (at least ½ year);
- Knowledge of the requirements for the repair and maintenance of cars, their equipment and mechanisms;
- Knowledge of high customer service standards.
Important personal qualities:
- Directed goal pursuit;
- Communicative, good communication and collaboration skills;
- Quick acquisition of knowledge;
- Responsible independence;
- Positivity.
