We operate in Lithuania and other European markets, and our team consists of more than 400 specialists.
We are expanding our service activities and cooperation with equipment manufacturers, therefore we are looking for a Service Project Manager who has a strong technical background and is able to independently manage technical projects from receiving the assignment to successful implementation.

We are expanding our service activities and cooperation with equipment manufacturers, therefore we are looking for a Service Project Manager who has a strong technical background and is able to independently manage technical projects from receiving the assignment to successful implementation.
Nature of work:
- Manage equipment manufacturers' service projects from receiving the assignment to technical and financial completion;
- Coordinate commissioning, testing, debugging and servicing of PV, BESS, central inverters and other power systems;
- Analyze technical problems and, together with engineers, technicians and equipment manufacturers, find solutions to them;
- Communicate directly with equipment manufacturers, customers and the team and ensure smooth communication of information;
- Plan and coordinate the work of engineers, technicians and other resources required for the project;
- Organize preventive and corrective maintenance work;
- Manage project deadlines, budgets, costs, revenues, profitability and quality of work;
- Take care of project documentation, documentation of completed work, reports and invoicing;
- Contribute to the development of service services, cooperation with manufacturers and new markets.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a university or higher education in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, energy or other related engineering field;
- Have project management experience in the energy, electrical engineering, equipment service or similar technical field;
- You are well versed in electrical engineering and are able to understand the operation of electrical equipment and solve technical problems;
- You are able to independently plan work, coordinate a team and manage several projects simultaneously;
- You are able to make decisions, take responsibility and ensure smooth implementation of work;
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken - you communicate with international equipment manufacturers on a daily basis;
- You are ready to travel to facilities and business trips in Lithuania and abroad;
- You have a category B driver's license.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience working with PV systems, BESS, inverters, transformers, switchboards or other electrical equipment;
- Experience in equipment commissioning, tuning or service projects;
- Experience working with international equipment manufacturers.
