About the company:

"Solorina" - the official Toyota dealer in Klaipėda - invites you to join a professional team and is looking for a Service Consultant.

If you have experience in customer service, are interested in cars, are able to coordinate processes and like to communicate with people - we invite you to join. In this position, you will be the main contact between the client and the service team - you will ensure a smooth car service process from the first contact to the delivery of the car to the client.

What you will do in this position:

  • You will accept cars for technical maintenance, repair, warranty work and other service services, fill out the necessary documentation.
  • You will communicate with customers, find out their needs and help to accurately determine the scope of work to be performed.
  • You will perform an initial assessment of the car's condition - listen to the customer's information, inspect the car, and if necessary, perform a test drive to identify the fault.
  • You will record the faults indicated by the customer, the work requested and other important information.
  • You will cooperate with service consultants and auto mechanics, transmitting accurate information necessary to identify and eliminate faults.
  • You will ensure the quality control of the work performed, if necessary, perform a test drive.
  • You will manage warranty repair documentation in accordance with the established company standards.

What do we expect from you:

  • You have experience in customer service, car service or a similar field;
  • You are interested in cars and have an understanding of their technical maintenance;
  • You are able to communicate professionally with customers and resolve emerging situations;
  • You are organized, responsible and able to manage several processes at the same time;
  • You enjoy teamwork and smooth cooperation with colleagues;
  • You are focused on quality customer service and a good customer experience;
  • Experience working in an authorized service or with warranty service would be an advantage;
