We prepare and sell a large number of cars every month, so we are looking for someone who can organize processes, make decisions and ensure that the work is completed on time.
We are looking for someone who would participate in processes, communicate with services, coordinate the team and ensure that the cars are technically prepared as quickly as possible.
Your main responsibilities
Organize and manage the process of technical preparation of used cars.
Coordinate the daily work of the car preparation team.
Plan the delivery of cars to services and coordinate the repair process.
Check and agree on repair estimates.
Control the quality and deadlines of work.
Search for new cooperation services and create long-term cooperation.
Take care of efficient workflow between the company and partners.
Ensure order and transparency in the technical department.

You know how to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and cooperation partners.
You are able to maintain a high work pace even on busy days.
You have a category B driver's license.
Knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage.
You are organized, purposeful and able to make decisions.
You are able to manage several processes at the same time.
