We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for:
- Planning and organizing service work;
- Coordination and control of the work of the hydraulics team;
- Acceptance and execution of customer orders;
- Customer service, introduction of new customers into the system and technical consulting by phone and live;
- Development of service services and growth of service income and profit;
- Motivating the team, encouraging initiative;
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
Do you recognize yourself in the statements below?
- You have secondary or vocational education;
- You are analytical and well-organized;
- You know how to organize service and production work;
- You know how to work with a computer (MS Word, Excel), understand the basics of office management;
- You know how to communicate correctly and competently with customers;
- Experience in the field of hydraulics is a great advantage.
