About:
Our company in Kretinga has a centralized service center that serves all divisions and activities of the company: biofuel and shoreline management works, wastewater management and city management activities. We are currently looking for a service manager who would be responsible for the smooth operation of the service and maintenance of equipment. Main responsibilities:
- Planning the work of locksmiths and service employees and coordinating their employment;
- Ensuring the technical condition of the company's equipment (special, heavy equipment, equipment);
- Planning and controlling maintenance and repair work;
- Determining the need for spare parts and repair materials;
- Analysis of technical failures and initiating preventive solutions;
- Cooperation with divisions, suppliers and external service partners;
- Ensuring high-quality and timely maintenance of equipment.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has 2-3 years of managerial experience in the field of TECHNOLOGY (heavy equipment is an advantage);
- Is characterized by analytical thinking, openness to innovation, leadership;
- Able to work with MS Office software package;
- Has a category B driver's license.
