We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a team member to work in the company's car repair shops in Germany, Belgium and France.
We fully provide accommodation and travel expenses.
We are sent abroad for a three-week period of work; upon returning from the trip, we are given a three-week rest period in Lithuania.

Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the truck freezer team;
- Daily planning and coordination of car service works;
- Ensuring quality control of supervised activity processes;
- Ensuring efficiency and reporting to managers;
- Team building and motivation.
Employee requirements:
- Higher/higher technical education;
- Experience in a similar field is an advantage;
- Organization, initiative and responsibility;
- Ability to quickly make decisions in difficult situations;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Computer literacy, work in the RIVILE program - an advantage;
- Knowledge of the Russian language is necessary.
