Service manager

We have been working with forest equipment for more than 20 years - we sell new and used equipment, spare parts and serve customers in Lithuania and around the world. We are growing, so we are looking for someone who would take responsibility for organizing service activities and coordinating the team.

You will organize and plan service work;
You will coordinate the work of mechanics and ensure the smooth execution of tasks;
You will troubleshoot equipment, check its condition after repair and make sure that all identified defects have been eliminated;
You will order spare parts;
You will order and maintain tools;
You will monitor the quality of work performed and help the team resolve technical issues;
You will contribute to the improvement of service processes.

Have a technical education or experience in the field of technical repair;
Able to plan work and lead a team;
Are responsible, organized and able to make decisions;
Know how to communicate with customers and maintain a professional attitude;
Able to work with a computer.
