We are Baltic Machinery UAB, working with the sale and service of metalworking equipment in the Baltic region. We are growing and strengthening the service department.
We are looking for someone who would take responsibility for service activities and become the main person in organizing, managing and developing the service department.
The essence of the role:
This is a managerial position with a technical basis - responsibility for organizing service activities, team management and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Organization, planning and distribution of service team work
- Prioritization of work and control of deadlines
- Management of customer requests and resolution of complex situations
- Quality assurance of technical work
- Ordering and control of spare parts
- Remote technical support
- CRM system maintenance and work tracking
- Improving the efficiency of service activities
We hope
- Experience in managing a technical service or similar operational team
- Ability to plan work and make decisions under pressure
- Good technical understanding (mechanics, equipment or industrial machinery)
- Ability to work with customers and the team
- Ability to get involved in solving technical problems when necessary (the principle of "playing coach")
- Fluency in English (Russian is an advantage)
