Service manager

To lead the service department of the representative office;
To determine and coordinate the financial and other operational goals of the trade of service products and services of the representative office, to prepare monthly plans and annual budget.
Provide your suggestions for improving the company's activities, optimizing processes, implementing innovations.
Organize the service work of the representative office, distribute tasks and control the results of the unit's activities.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, nature and fire protection requirements;
Constantly research the needs of customers and inform management about their changes;
Execute the established guarantee policy;
Ensure that manufacturers provide product information to subordinates.
Ensure timely reporting and other specified information to the Finance and Control Unit, the Standards and Quality Manual;
Know the business processes according to the standards of the manufacturers.

The employee must have a higher education;
Must have managerial experience;
Know the basics of economics, work organization and company management principles;
To know the laws, methodological, normative and other acts related to the procedure for concluding economic (contracting, maintenance, etc.) contracts;
To know the requirements of clerical work, norms of language culture;
Good command of a foreign (English) language;
Know the procedure of representation and the basics of counseling;
Have a valid driver's license.
