Service manager

We are looking for a team member to join a modern service center belonging to the Bosch car service network. Job description:

Planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of service employees, ensuring smooth and high-quality service work;
Communication with customers and expanding the customer base, concluding contracts;
Analysis of service performance results and indicators;
Ensuring the work tools of service technicians and their teams;
Reliability assessment and maintenance of equipment and tools used in the service;
Ensuring the quality of services provided;
Maintaining general service procedures

Have experience in managing a service;
Know how to use a computer and quickly master new computer systems;
Be communicative and fast;
Are interested in technical innovations;
Be able to manage and distribute a large amount of information at the same time;
Be able to lead teams;
Be organized, proactive
Have a valid category B driver's license.
