Nature of work
Preparation of technical repair estimates based on identified faults, required spare parts and scope of work.
Collection of information for estimates from department employees and spare parts suppliers.
Submission of estimates to departments, coordination and control of receipt of approvals.
Preparation of reports on prepared, coordinated and unapproved estimates, issued invoices and received income.
Administration of repair documents and data in the company's system.
Cooperation with service, rental and accounting employees in resolving issues related to repair costs.
Replacement of the service manager during vacation, coordinating daily work according to agreed responsibilities.

Employee requirements
Able to systematize information, work with numbers and carefully evaluate costs.
Proficient in Excel and other basic computer programs.
Experience in service administration, repair estimate preparation or technical maintenance would be an advantage.
