We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative service manager to join our team, coordinate daily service activities, and ensure smooth work organization and high quality customer service.
Main work functions:
- Smooth organization and coordination of daily service activities;
- Administration of customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone;
- Professional customer consulting and prompt problem solving;
- Communication and cooperation with existing customers;
- Scheduling service staff and organizing their work;
- Ensuring high-quality and timely information to customers;
- Preparation and administration of necessary documents;
- Supervision and improvement of work processes;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education;
- Have experience in administrative work, customer service or employee coordination;
- Are responsible, organized, dutiful and proactive;
- Able to independently plan and organize your own and your team's work;
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Able to quickly respond to emerging situations and make decisions;
- Work well with a computer and quickly absorb new information;
- Are customer- and result-oriented;
- Experience in similar work would be a great advantage.
