Nature of work
Organization of maintenance of the company's car and equipment fleet.
Planning, coordination and control of technical services, repairs and technical inspections.
Registration of vehicle faults and coordination of their elimination.
Cooperation with company employees, service stations and other responsible persons, ensuring a smooth vehicle maintenance process.
Cooperation with the procurement manager, providing information on the need for spare parts, consumables and vehicle insurance, technical inspections, registration and other issues related to vehicle fleet maintenance.
Organization of vehicle transfer to employees, control of their technical condition and supervision of use.
Participation in the process of updating and replenishing the vehicle fleet - determining the need for vehicles, evaluating offers and cooperating with the procurement manager in the acquisition process.
Control of costs related to vehicle fleet maintenance, accounting and analysis of service work.
Cooperation with the company's branch in Sweden, coordinating issues related to vehicle and equipment fleet.
