Nature of work
- Active sale of services to existing and new customers;
- Customer reception and service;
- Service quality control;
- Completing car technical service documentation and providing primary information about cars to customers;
- Preparation of service documents, work with the Automaster system;
- Administration of phone calls.
Employee requirements
- Higher / vocational technical education;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- General knowledge of car operation and parts;
- Experience with service administration programs is an advantage;
- Ability to communicate with different people;
- Motivation to provide the best service to the customer;
- Desire to earn money;
- Organization, sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to work in a shift work schedule;
