Service Manager

UAB Autobrava Motors represents the MG car brand and is also the official representative of Suzuki, Ducati and Italjet motorcycles. We strive to create an exceptional experience and ensure the highest level of customer service.

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a qualified and enthusiasticService Manager to join our team in Klaipėda.

Main position responsibilities:

• Full management of the customer and car service process from receipt to delivery;
• Planning of service work, control of technical inspections and registration procedures;
• Ensuring quality control and timely preparation of cars for customers;
• Selling additional work, services and parts;
• Prompt problem solving and assuming responsibility;
• Maintaining a high level of customer service in daily activities.

Employee Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, sales or car repair;
• Knowledge of car structure and service processes;
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers;
• Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
• Ability to work with a computer and quickly master internal systems;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several tasks simultaneously;
• Category B driver's license;
• Knowledge of English would be an advantage.

Monthly salary: from 1850 - 2640 eur/month. excluding taxes.
