Nature of work
- Professional customer service and information provision;
- Planning, management and control of service processes;
- Customer database administration;
- Quality control of work;
- Cooperation with suppliers.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge in the field of automotive repair;
- Experience in similar work;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Strong result orientation;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Driving experience and category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of spoken Russian is an advantage.
